The applicant must at their own cost submit a completed criminal
background check. Applications submitted without the completed criminal record check will be rejected
until the background check is completed. Background checks are available electronically on the Pennsylvania State
Police website at:
www.psp.state.pa.us/patch.

Eastern Salisbury Fire, Ambulance and Rescue Company member issuing the
application must sign as the issuer. Any questions regarding this procedure should be directed to a Company
officer. |
